Novyraa is an AI-powered business services company based in India. We provide WhatsApp AI Chat, AI Voice Calling, Business Promotion, GEO & AEO Optimisation, Website Builder, and Custom AI Agent services.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form. There is no login, no user account, and no tracking profile on our website.

We also collect basic, anonymised website analytics (pages visited, device type) through Google Analytics. This data cannot identify you personally.

We use your contact form information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Follow up about the service you expressed interest in
• Book a consultation call if you request one

We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to. We do not use your data for any automated profiling or decision-making.

We never sell your data to anyone — ever.

We may share your information only with:

• Our internal tools — we use email and internal software to manage and respond to your enquiry

When you engage Novyraa to set up WhatsApp AI Chat, AI Voice Calling, or a Custom AI Agent, we collect and process additional information to configure and deliver those services. This is separate from the contact form data described above and applies only once a Service Agreement has been signed.

Information you provide for configuration: To set up your AI service, Novyraa will ask for business-specific information — such as your products or services, pricing, frequently asked questions, preferred tone of voice, call routing preferences, and booking processes. This information is collected only as required for the service you have chosen, only with your explicit agreement, and is used solely to configure your AI tools. It is never shared with other clients or used for any other purpose.

Information from the services you use: Once your service is live, Novyraa processes conversations, calls, and enquiries handled through your WhatsApp AI Chat, AI Voice Calling, or Custom AI Agent on your behalf in order to deliver the service. This includes messages sent by your customers, call recordings or transcripts, and interaction data. This processing happens under the terms of your Service Agreement and only for as long as that agreement is active.

Your customers' data: When your customers interact with your AI tools, their names, phone numbers, and conversation content pass through Novyraa's systems. As the business owner, you are responsible for informing your customers that they may interact with an AI system and for obtaining any consents required under applicable law.

• Contact form submissions — 12 months from the date you submitted
• Email correspondence — 3 years from your last contact with us
• Client service records — 7 years as required by Indian tax law

After these periods your data is permanently deleted. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

You can request us to edit, correct, or erase your personal information at any time. Simply email us at privacy@novyraa.com and we will action your request promptly.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure the performance of our content. This includes essential cookies (needed for the site to function) and analytics cookies (which help us understand how our website is used).

We do not display a cookie popup. You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings — doing so may affect some site features. We do not use advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.
